Kids' Vaccines Offered At Reduced PricesJun 22 2007 1:01AM
KXMCTV Minot The Department recently received some funding that it decided to use toward the second chicken pox and meningitis vaccines. Beginning July 15th, the vaccines will be given for a suggested donation of eight dollars each. The offer only lasts until the end of the year or until supplies run out. The meningitis vaccine alone will eventually cost you about 95-dollars. Kids younger than 13-years-old are eligible for the second chicken pox vaccine and kids 11-18 can get the meningitis vaccine. Call your local health department or physician for more information.

Keep in mind that July 15 is the FIRST day we can order the vaccine. Until that order arrives, we don't have enough vaccine to do this.
