The Senate is taking up a bill to authorize military spending. One amendment is expected to call for U-S troops to begin withdrawing in 120 days, with most troops out of Iraq by spring. BANGALORE, India (AP) Investigators in Bangalore, India, have seized a computer hard drive that belonged to the man suspected of ramming a Jeep into the airport in Glasgow, Scotland.
