Bismarck, N.D. (AP) The fuel situation remains tight in North Dakota and the crunch isn't likely to end any time soon.

Gas Prices are high in the state and throughout the Midwest because of problems at refineries.

Those problems have come during the busy summer tourism travel season.

And North Dakota Petroleum Marketers Association President Mike Rud (rood) says harvest time is right around the corner.

He says as farmers use more fuel that will put the squeeze on once again.
