Associated Press CAIRO, Egypt (AP) Al-Qaida's media arm says Osama bin Laden plans a new video addressing the American people regarding the anniversary of the September 11th attacks. A U.S. terror monitoring group says the video is expected within the next 72 hours. It would be the first new message from bin Laden since 2004. Washington (AP) A new study on Iraq's security forces says U.S. forces there should be reduced in part because Iraqis have the impression that Americans are a permanent force. The panel says the Iraqis should assume more control of its security, but there is still debate in Congress how quickly that can happen. WASHINGTON (AP) A new poll says people view Hillary Rodham CLinton and Rudy Giuliani as the least religious of the major presidential candidates. Of those expressing an opinion on the candidates' beliefs, 46 percent say they consider Republican Mitt Romney to be very religious, far more than any other candidate. DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) Republican Fred Thompson has made his first public appearance as a full-fledged presidential candidate, telling a crowd in Iowa that he's never strayed from his conservative beliefs.
