I'm no Clinton fan, but Obama is well to the left of Clinton. In fact, many Republican Senators privately praise Clinton for her work ethic in the senate, and appreciate her for reaching across the aisle on major legislation. On the other hand, Obama just talks about bringing people together, but his record is something else. Look I hate defending Clinton, but the important point is.. please Republicans and like minded conservatives, don't fall for Obama and his bipartisan rhetoric. He is a likeable guy, but his policies are far to the left of Middle America. Driver's licenses for illegal aliens, talking to dictators like Ahmadenijad, and eliminating the cap on social security contributions are not mainstream positions even in the Democratic Party.

Obama was in the minority party when he was in the Illinois Slate Legislature and got major and once divisive bills passed. at Harvard Law, he was elected president for bipartisan reasons when the Harvard Law Review was racked with issues concerning affirmative action and other contentious issues. He was elected to the senate due to his bipartisan policy propositions.

Because that's mainstream America right there. The America i know doesn't "talk" to countries that oppose us, we bomb them and kill as many people as possible. Rich people pay taxes? Please! I mean taxes are something the peasants do. People like Bush who were born into money aren't supposed to support useless things like public schools and health care for poor children. If a 12 year old in the ghetto wants health insurance, the little freeloader should get a job! And scary brown people invading our country - forget about it!

Halliburton was scheduled to take control of the Dubai Ports in The United Arab Emiirate. The deal was canceled when Bush was unable to affect the transfer of the American Ports.
