Minot, N.D. (AP) Minot sixth-grader Billy Sartwell is celebrating his third birthday today.

Sartwell was a leap year baby, so technically his February 29th birthday rolls around only once every four years.

Sartwell usually does what most people with leap year birthdays do he celebrates on February 28th or in March. Today he gets to celebrate on the actual day.

Leland Sabby of Valley City was born on leap day back in 1920.

He says he's always had a regular birthday even if it didn't come on the exact day.

Minot's Carley Olson is celebrating her 21st birthday today. The grandmother born back around the time of the Great Depression says her granddaughter kids her that now she can go to the bars.
