ABERDEEN, S.D. (AP) Another ethanol plant is nearing completion. A 100 million-gallon plant near Mina in northern South Dakota is expected to start production next month.

Glacial Lakes Energy of Watertown is the owner.

It first proposed building the plant just west of Aberdeen but moved it to Mina after landowners filed a lawsuit opposed to the Aberdeen site.
