Associated Press SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) A libel lawsuit against the Sioux Falls Argus Leader and its top editor will be going to trial. Circuit Judge Kathleen Caldwell has decided that jurors should decide the issue. The newspaper was sued after running a column by Randell Beck, who poked fun at former Sioux Falls Development Foundation President Dan Scott. Scott says his reputation was damaged. The newspaper says the column was satire and is protected by the First Amendment. Information from: Argus Leader, http://www.argusleader.com (Copyright 2008 by The Associated Press.
