Four of the 19 delegates Edwards won in the primaries have thrown their support to Obama. He's also picked up the endorsement of another Democratic superdelegate, Congressman James McDermott of Washington state. White House (AP) The White House is denying that President Bush was taking a shot at Barack Obama by telling Israeli lawmakers that negotiating with "terrorists and radicals" is a "foolish delusion." Obama accuses Bush of launching a "false political attack" with the comment. He calls it a slam against his plan to meet with Iran's leaders if elected. COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) John McCain is claiming his first term in office will end with less violence in Iraq and Afghanistan and Osama bin Laden either dead or captured. The Republican presidential hopeful offered a preview of his governing style today during a speech in Ohio. LUOSHUI TOWN, China (AP) More than 12,000 people are still buried in the rubble following this week's powerful earthquake in central China. More than 100,000 people are hurt in one province alone. The government says the death toll could eventually hit 50,000. YANGON, Myanmar (AP) Myanmar's military government is acknowledging problems with relief operations in the aftermath of a devastating cyclone that Myanmar says has killed more than 43,000 people.
