Minnesota man accused of setting in fire on Compass Airlines...

Minnesota man accused of setting in fire on Compass Airlines flight

(ADDS pronouncer) (Help from Paul Jurgens, KFGO, Fargo) UNDATED (AP) A 19-year-old from Minnesota with setting a fire in the restroom of a Compass Airlines flight.

The FBI says Eder Rojas (EE'-der ROH'-ahs) of Woodbury was arrested last night in Minneapolis. He was charged this morning in federal court in Fargo The U.S. attorney's office for North Dakota will prosecute the case.

The Compass Airlines flight with 59 passengers was on its way from Minneapolis-St. Paul to Regina, Saskatchewan, the night of May 7th. It landed safely in Fargo after smoke begin to fill the back of the plane.

Passengers were questioned at the airport.

Compass is a subsidiary of Northwest Airlines.
