According to published reports, Scott McClellan writes that Bush relied on an aggressive "political propaganda campaign" instead of the truth to sell the Iraq war. McClellan reportedly concludes that the war "was not necessary." SALT LAKE CITY (AP) President Bush will try to raise more money for John McCain today. He's headlining a pair of fundraisers in Utah. He'll also be giving the commencement address at the Air Force Academy in Colorado. WASHINGTON (AP) Democratic Party rules say that, at most, only half of the delegates in Florida and Michigan can be seated at the August party convention. That's their punishment for moving their primary date too early. The party's rules committee plans to meet Saturday to consider the issue. TEHRAN, Iran (AP) Iran's new parliament speaker is threatening to limit cooperation with the U.N. nuclear watchdog after a critical report from the agency.
