The U.S. State Department says at least three Americans are among those injured in the attacks. POINT MUGU, Calif. (AP) A rogue wave is blamed for the deaths of a young man and two teens who drowned after being swept from a rocky outcrop at Point Mugu, California. They and two other men had been watching the surf. The two others were pulled to safety. ITAJAI, Brazil (AP) Flood victims have waded through waist-deep water into mud-filled houses in a devastated part of southern Brazil. The flooding has caused at least 99 deaths. Thousands have lined up for government food handouts. SHELBYVILLE, Ind. (AP) She was 115 years old. Edna Parker, who became the world's oldest person more than a year ago, has died.
