All of this snow and blowing has many frustrated, tired and now it is forcing businesses to close.

It was an unusual site at the Wal-Mart in Minot today, January 11th, empty parking lots and signs on the doors asking customers to go away, at least for a little while.

The store closed down this morning due to snow amounts on the roof.

A spokesman for WalMart says the company is following standard procedures and is trying to ensure the safety of its employees and customers.

At this point there does not appear to be any structural damage, but there is a crew on hand removing snow and they say that will take some time.

(Mike Gilbertson, Target Roofing) "It is going to be three, four days before we get it. If they want what they have requested right now, I would say three days."
