Associated Press HOUSTON (AP) The NFL game tonight is being played in Houston as the Texans face Jacksonville. Each club is 4-and-7 in the AFC South. The Jags won the first game of the season series, beating the Texans 30-27 in overtime on a 37-yard field goal by Josh Scobee. NEW YORK (AP) The lawyer for New York Giants receiver Plaxico Burress says he thinks his client will plead not guilty to a charge of weapon possession. Burress, who turned himself into New York City police this morning, accidentally shot himself in the right thigh at a Manhattan night club Friday night. BOSTON (AP) Two of the top teams in the NBA East will meet tonight in Boston as the Celtics entertain Orlando. The Celtics top the Atlantic Division with 16 wins and 2 defeats while the Magic are first in the Southeast with 13 wins and 4 losses. KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) Former Oakland Raiders coach Lane Kiffen has landed on his feet. Tennessee athletic director Mike Hamilton said yesterday that Kiffen will be named the Volunteers new head coach. He'll replace outgoing veteran Vols coach Phillip Fulmer. COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) Dabo Swinney (DAH'-boh SWEE'-nee) will be staying on as head football coach at Clemson University.
