Care, some will say you don't need a scale. WRONG, YOU NEED A GOOD SCALE. Do you have 50 bucks to spare? if so get a digital. They are so accurate, you can't cheat on it. :) Invest, weigh every morning. You will see by what you ate the day before if you made the right choice.
Down 2 this week. so its about 22 pounds so far.
I am one that has to stick to the diet perfecly or I will stray. One serving of something I shouldn't have and I say "what the heck" might as well top it off with a dove candy bar.. or handful of wise potato chips..
so, perfect or nothing to get the job done.
Now,, not 200 girly, just 8-10 cups a day (a cup being 8 ounces) measure it out and you will see its not that bad, start early, keep it chilled, sip all day, don't just look at a cup and say I have to drink that right now.... sip all day... carry it with you.... YOU WILL LOSE... Reply...

Good Mornin' Darlin' haha pun intended.
yes, Neon love that song. Don't laugh it may be true..
So much to do before I leave. plant some periniels (sp) I bought cheap, pack, pay bills over phone, have van looked at and probably a small repair. Make to do list for my daughter to come over and do while I am gone, show her the garden and flowers so she can water properly, feed cat, feed birds, watch for racoons who like to eat bird feed nightly if I don't bring it in... yadda yadda... It would be easier to not go away I guess.
Actually going away during garden growing season is not my favorite. I don't want the rabbits taking my tomoato or eating the squash that is almost ready.... on and on........... Reply...
I dont have a scale at home...maybe I'll head to dad's to weigh in b4 work!!!! Reply...
