I have composed a list of untethical choices society has made and well over 100 felonies that our society is committing as a whole. If you would like a copy of this list e-mail me @ cmckean@cp.chemeketa.edu.
We are all felons in the United States. Reply...
My view on this subject may slightly differ from that of others in regards to how society deals with low level or any type of felon. By labeling somebody who committed a crime as a felon it tends to make it difficult to survive when it comes to opportunities like housing, work and starting their own businesses. Let's be honest it forces felons into poverty. The level of which the most crime is committed. Is it truly ethical for society to treat felons this way? In my eyes it is totally unethical to leave a felon without hope for many years while they await expungement. And so many laws are set up against felons we just keep pouring money down the drain in our society by leaving felons who are actually trying to restructure their lives. Many felons recidivise because they have no chance. In a nation that has the highest crime rate in the world we have to ask the question. Are we doing something wrong?
No felon should have their gun rights restored. All felons should be able to go under some form of training that would allow them the same opportunity for work and voting as anybody else. Reply...
You can bust every meth lab and meth user you can come up with and you will not even START to put a dent in the huge demand for meth. Meth addicts LOVE their meth and if you shut down the local labs then the Mexican mafia will simply increase the amount of meth it exports into the USA to meet the new demand. Methamphetamine should be legal. Mexico just legalized possession of small amounts of drugs. Switzerland reaffirmed its legal heroin system. Portugal decriminalized all drugs in 2001. Legalizing meth would kill meth labs, meth houses and the meth mafia overnight. A group of 10,000 very serious policemen, prosecutors, attorneys and citizens have formed a group to legalize ALL drugs, Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (http://leap.cc ) They see what happened when we legalized alcohol in 1932 as a good example of how drug legalization would work. They're sick of chasing drug users and sending innocent people to prison for decades just because they like to get high. This foolish war on drugs has lasted 37 years and cost us over a TRILLION dollars and we are not an inch closer to stopping drugs. Mark Montgomery boboberg@nyc.rr.com Reply...

Yeah I found ya. Kyle Busch sucks in my opinion, I wouldn't go as far as saying he's the modern day Dale Sr. First off there will never be another #3 and second yeah Dale Sr. drove hard, wrecked some people and so forth but atleast Dale Sr. had class something Kyle lacks. Kyle drives like a moron, wrecks his car and a couple others in the process and gets pissed off and goes to his trailer to pout. What the HELL is that all about? I'm not saying Kyle isn't a good driver I just disagree with what he does on the track. I can forsee someone else getting killed before Nascar does something about the rough driving and that is sad.
I'm a Jr fan and yeah so far this season has sucked for me but oh well. I recently lost my dad and he was a huge Tony fan so seeing Tony win the All-Star race was pretty cool. I'm pulling for Tony to win the championship this year since I don't see Jr. doing it. I think the odds of Jr. winning the championship this year are about as good as me winning the lottery!!! Stewart is my favorite.....Martin, I grew up a Martin and Bill Elliot fan, Dale Jr., thats a love hate thing. Somedays I like and other days I ticks me off....However Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson are to say it nicely not my favorites by any means. I don't hate them and I actually thing Jimmie and Jeff are probably great guys, I just don't like them when they are in their cars....
Have you guys seen the Henderick motor dominance this year? 5 of the top 12 in points are running Hendreick motors in their cars. Reply...

I didn't say Kyle wasn't good at what he does, I just think he has an abrasive, unlikeable attitude... Attitude is important to me.
I was also stoked for TONY STEWARD... he deserved that win...
I am looking forward to next weekend.... I can get tickets, but we rather sit at home and watch, and stay out of that horrendous traffic.... Took an hour and a half last time we went a couple yrs ;ago to go 5 miles..... Reply...

Oh, I think Kyle is the closest thing to Dale, Sr. in the cup. Besides you gotta admit that kid is good and he races all three series full time.
Also the all-star race is how all races should be run.... Reply...
