Now they have to go to court and defend their actions! Like I said frivolous my ass. Now he thinks he can't be prosecuted, Guess what... The laws Include them too!
As much as RSI and Susan Bala has gone though the past 8 years, at the hands of Wayne and Drew, I hope they do time! Reply...
Most people got pay hikes last year! So what?Would anyone honstly turn down a raise? Offer me one and i would have to take it! That is not even a issue..I hope everyone gets a raise! I liked my raise in gross income last year...so thanks who ever is making the economy keep going in ND when its all but dead other places! Reply...
People. This is a family. Just like mine, just like yours. Leave the poor people alone. They go through the same stuff as you and I do. Each person in it makes their own choices. I met Jason once and he was a great guy. Happy to be with his family, with the ones who loved him. It has nothing to do with his parents, or who his freakin uncle is. So what that he's Wayne Frickin Stenehjem. That man has his faults too.
And bringing people who had no responsibility into it is just crass. Allan isn't a complete jerk who left his nephew in the dirt. And Allan has his own issues. No need to bring it up on here... just leave well enough alone. He has his own family with their own issues. Wayne has his family (with a great son who did great things for this country). And Bob has his family. Leave these people alone.
Jason made his own choices. Drugs freakin do, do things to people. They change. And sometimes it takes the fact that they have to face the possibility of 55 years to make them realize. Sometimes drugs aren't all bad.
All in all? Leave the family out of it. If he were Jason Smith or Jason Something Else it wouldn't be an issue. It's just because of the last name.
Pbbbbbbbt. Reply...
If the judges have reversed everyones involvement of any wrong doing at RSI. I think it is time that Susan Bala gets the money that she is due. That Drew Wriggle shuts his big mouth, Susan Bala did nothing wrong.
The only one that did anything wrong was Drew Wriggle, setting up the lies and false stories that cost Susan Bala her Million Dollar Business and her freedom. This type of INJUSTIS should never go un-punished, Everyone involved with the false conviction of RSI / Susan Bala needs to go to prison, instead of going free. Otherwise we are telling the State it's Okay to make-up lies to convict anyone they don't like or in this case that has figured out a way to be very successful in business, with-in the State laws... Even though after she was distroyed by the State, they couldn't do what she had created as the Super Business Women she is.
The bottom line is the State and there lying henchmen screwed-up big time and NOW owe Susan Bala Millions for the business the wrecked of her's. They need to Pay-up and quite the lies they are spinning to cover their Butts. She did nothing wrong How many time and Judges need to say this? Just Pay-up! Reply...

Together as good people we can not stand for this injustice against anyone.
RSI-Has paid over 20 million in taxes to North Dakota. Because of this case ND has lost over 100-Million in taxes.
ND's horse racing is in the tank because of the loss of Susan Bala.
ND killed the Golden Goose - RSI / Susan Bala story; Mark Beauchene.
Know the facts before you start stringing her or anyone up!

All so true!
Along with these we may just as well put the; WSI, DOT, FFA in the pot! The do nothing Governor, I hope will get his walking papers this election! Go Tim!
We at every chance need to let the State know!

Our Attorney General should get out of the office. He is a major issue. When we in Rugby sent a petition to the AG to have the AG Office investigate potential corruption in our County, the AG's Executive Assistant sent a nasty letter saying AG won't investigate. He is supporting corruption throughout the state by ignoring the citizens. The sad part here is that I'm sure neither the AG or any of his staff bother to actually read any of the comments posted on numerous news websites about him, the corruption in this state, or that he needs to resign. If you tell a lie long enough it becomes the truth, and then it becomes alright. The public or voters prefer to let others do the heavy thinking, whichever bandwagon has the prettiest lies and the most power or money on the day wins. Don't you know attorney politics yet ! DO you think people care until it personally hurts them, study the politics of huey long, and no matter how the people tried he was something that stuck good on their shoes. Reply...
Time for new blood anyhow....................... Reply...
shoppegirl, sorry , I was responding to madmanme regarding RSI. I'm new and obviously out of the loop on the debate you 2 are having!!

I'm glad to catch you as I was hopng you would go back to health insurance thread and give any suggestions as to companies available since you have been able to find one. Andee Reply...
p.s. andeegal and dan the man....... wasn't it a jury that also let OJ SIMPSON, MURDERER, WALK FREE TO PLAY GOLF EVERYDAY? love those juries, they are never wrong... Reply...
andeegal, scooter libby is a decent hard working servant .... It was Armitage that leaked, plain and simple, Is Armitiage in jail? no, then neither should lewis libby be in jail..... was ms. plame covert? there are even questions about that...... with the job that lewis had at the white house and all he had to remember, I do not blame him for forgetting...... Don't forget the PRETTY IN PINK NEWS CONFERENCE. HOW MANY TIMES DID HILLARY SAY "I DON'T RECALL", MAYBE SHE WAS LYING, OR JUST FORGOT??? Reply...
what did they do? didn't a jury find them guilty? Reply...
dakotadan, pleasssssse.... scooter libby did nothing wrong, and I am so glad he got commuted, hopefully a full pardon soon........... scooter libby and your criminals in north dakota have nothing to do with each other, shouldn't even be in the same conversation..
AND NEVER FORGET, Hillarys brother got pardoned by BILL CLINTON, THE SAINT.... Reply...
So what was it that they were accusing her of? Reply...
good morning dakotawin/wac-win..... you are free to spew all the garbage you want about the bushcrimefamily... you watch too much sapranos!
do you vote? who do you vote for? what do you want from a president? lets have some civility... we are at war, we need to get it done, and bring our guys home...
their are good and bad in both dems and republicans... none is perfect..... lets see how much better our country is WHEN HILLARY GETS ELECTED... even rush thinks she has an 80% chance to be our president...GOD HELP US....... Reply...
One more thing about the Lack of Justice Dept., We all know it is true that the Bush Crime Family has been using the Justice Dept for their polical needs. That in NORTH DAKOTA Susan Bala was one of their targets.
I am pleased to annouce that finally she has been cleared of any wrong doing! The Federal Attorney Drew Wrigley should be fired for the crazy case and the millions he will have cost the State. The news people that beleived the BS he put out about Susan Bala, At the very least owe Susan some coverage to make up for the damage they caused by their lying coverage of the one sided BS.
Now for some great news, OPERA, 48 Hours, is stepping in to balance the scales on this one. Those so called NEWS people in North Dakota, Look forward to a real ass kicking for you lack of new coverage after she has been cleared of any wrong doing!!
Yes I'm loving this, teaching the dumb asses here to look at both sides of the story instead of believing the Federal Attorney's that commenly lie to make their cases. They (Drew Wrigley) are a part of the Bush Crime Family, remember they fired the one's that didn't play the part.
Look out if you are successful, and not willing to be a part of the Good old BOY Club. Susan was never guilty of anything wrong and she proved it, after the Feds tried, tried and tried. The truth won this time!
I think the Federal Attorneys should be personally held responsiable for their actions, In stead of the Tax payers, that would make these types of cases go away. Reply...
Conspiracey! Gonzales can't seem to remember anything! The Bush crime family at it again... How do you spell "Impeachment!" Reply...
Like any time the courts screw up, They had better be ready to take what they dish out to the guilty. In this case Susan is deserving a lot of money to recover the life and livelihood that was taken away from her by the court. She went from a millionaire business President to a broke prisoner! Now it’s payback back time. Reply...
