A Severe storm has ripped through North Central North Dakota damaging houses and injuring at least two people.

According to an official with the Rolette County Sheriff's Department one man was trapped under his house north of Belcourt and is being airlifted to Trinity Hospital in Minot.

These pictures were taken in Rolla earlier this afternoon as the storm moved through.

This Tornado, according to officials heavily damaged houses in the east portion of Rolla.

There are no official reports of injuries there.

The storm track followed highway 43 from the Peace Gardesn to Saint John where the tornado repeatedly touched down damaged farmsteads and uprooting trees.

Power is also out west of Belcourt in some areas and it's not clear how many people are affected by that. watch the video | save this article / add to your favorites list
