The injured workers support group through these questions has proven how much detail and attention Hoeven has given WSI. Mathern has done a much better job filling out the questions. I agree with Matherns answers, and the detail he has put into them, as Hoeven basicly answered two questions in a row with the same answer. Reply...
If this has always been Hoeven's stance why didn't he call the legislature into special session last year? Or even better flex his own muscle in Bismarck and handle it internally?
Hoeven has finally learned the people of ND are on to him and his cronies. I see he lost one since majority leader Rick Berg is not running for re-election. It doesn't matter what side of the aisle you are on or if your collar is blue or white, this effected all of ND negatively. The pathetic part of this is the WSI board and state legislators that were the architects of this fiasco are people who rely on hard working North Dakotans to make them money.

My name is Clinton L. Weigand,
Injury date Dec,16,1998 to present
Are people not up to date on tecnologie, I beleive fraude is somthing of the past that insurance Co. such as WSI thrive on, With MRI, CAT scans, X-rays Blood work forencis tecnolgie you can't fake injurys unless the doctors in on it. I once tought work comp claims was all frade just lazy people out there, " Untile I Got Hurt" Now let me explaine how the insurance co. frauds now They will not pay for things like mri ect. that a doctor needs to prove an injury or disclaim an injury. without pre approvel. they fight like hell not to approve because one they have the facts they have to deal with the problem. Another thing if the doc gose allong with them they get paid right now. If not them put thmon a payment plan. The disonest docters usualy recomend Pysical theropy and resedul an office check up. They can make more this way.
The manager at the place i wourked at asked what are they paying for insurance for when they would not pay dissability benifets or be current on docter bills, latter called by Margret Wood of WSI and got chewed out because they were supose to be on the same team, I bealeive he replyed " who's on the injured workers side" My doctor also asked what they are doing for helping the injured worker and big agumentbroke out with MR.s Wood bumbling at the end with out awsers. I guess I think some one needs to just ask the simple Question " How dose WSI make it easy and helpfull for the injured worker?" They do not they run with no morals and, run a bussness every thing is for the doller not what is always right. They belong in the stock market not the injured worker market.
my question would be is it fedral frad when a privatized insurance Co. is taking money for protecting insurance injured workers, then leaving them out in the cold forcing them on goverment programs? Such as SSI, Low income housing, food stamps, Medacaid. I would like to say when I was getting dissabilaty benifets it was a mere 1,100 a month. With out benifets I receive 450 a month in food stamps, 650 a month in rent assestance, heating assistance 1.231 a year and as visa would say medicade priceless. what sence is there to let a privtized insurance take, and leave the injured worker to survive off the govment programs. why is there going to be no future for SSI because ND is molesting all programs. The other Question I think no one is looking at is THE INDEPENDENT REVEIW BORD, when I asked the question to Chuck K. supervisor at IRB "who sings you check" he replyed WSI NOW how is that fair I asked? I asked him if he ever herd the saying bite the hand tat feeds you. He laughted. The independent reveiw bord is not so independent.
The truth is that ND is making nashional news because of WSI handelings It is time for a good house cleaning. They all at WSI are theives in my eyes. Being allowed to steal from the crippeled peope.
I am hopping to speack with John Tester on this soon and see if we can bring light on ths issue, I was a supporter and atended his campane.
I would like people to know I had seen my doctor in Cando and he had told me I had an ijury to the spine at L-4 L-5 S-1 lower lumbar and would be refured to a specilest, then i seen doctor after doctor in ND they told me i had a strained back one hole month of PT was recommended. After I seen that I was going to get it by WSI i moved to Montana, After abought four years I seen a DR. Dube in GREAT FALLS MONTANA he told me he would do a MRI and if he seen somthing he would fix it if not he never wanted to see me again. MRI done Results came back damage to the lumbare spine at L-4, L-5, S-1 He scedualed surgury. Then he and I was informed it would be elective surgury. "cosmedic" and I would have to pay for it. after fighting with WSI and the REVEIW Bord I got Know were. So I hired Steve Snidder and right before we wen to court they said they would pay for it. Now how many people can come up with a 5,000 doller retainer + $185.00 an hour? that is wha the cost was. after all of this I've had another surgury and still have not been able to work. And the settelment for 1,800.00 ya one thousand eight hunderd they gave me for Permenent inpirment ran out shorty after my layerwanted $950.00 of it. Well I would liketo here your nightmare stories of WSI and mabe we ca get a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT agenst them. E-MIAL me @ the_man_in_black6@yahoo.cm or you can call me at 1-406-357-3432 love tohere from you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WSI pays benefits @ 66.6% on wages they come up with, not wages you are hired at and injured at.
If WSI did its job for the injured worker like they say they do, they wouldn't be in the head lines. Its more like 95% lies instead of WSI paying out.
Fire the whole lot and start new. Hire some injured workers that know first hand what injured workers in ND have already been though, good knowledge of things not to do.
Spend less money trying to scew the injured worker out of benefits and computer training, and messing with Dr. appt's. and therapist.
It's a corupt WSI. Reply...
Hussein criticizes the rich for not being charitable enough. His tax records show that he had been giving .2 to 1.4 percent of his income (usually the lower end of the range) to ‘charity’ prior to running for president. Of course as soon as he started his run, that spiked to 6% showing Husseing can bring about real change. In all fairness, this is normal for Democrats. Algore gave just over $300 to charity the year before he decided to run for president, and that went to 7% the year he ran.
Most of Hussein’s so called “charitable” contributions were given to things like dance studio’s, political organizations, and the hate organization that he is a part of. Hussein is really helping the so called “poor” (or lazy) in his private life <sarcasm intended>. He lectures us about not helping the so called ‘poor’ (or lazy) but he doesn’t do this himeslf. Talk about a hypocrite!
If we were to do something really strange and judge Hussein by his actions rather than by his words, we could easily draw the conclusion that he doesn’t really care about the poor (or lazy), it is really power that he is after. Maybe he is not the messiah. Reply...
